Andrea's passion for arts and her interest in etchings paved the way for her to experiment with old photographic techniques such as Van Dyke or salt prints on etching paper. 

She loves the randomized and unpredictable nature of this paper once it is coated with silver and exposed to light, and she's curious to create entire ambiances on vintage textiles. She uses her own photographs that are taken by chance wherever her eye is drawn to by the morning sun or candlelight and makes impressions by focusing on details. Reflections, shadows, and painterly effects characterise Andrea’s style.
